Update June 2008

We have moved! Now fully operational in our new offices (with the exception of one phone line - come on BT!) - we have more space and less storage, which makes for an interesting compromise all round. Nothing a little investment in furniture can't resolve.

Update April 2008

We have completed our trials and have selected GoToAssist as our remote support tool. This allows us to provide much higher quality and rapid service to all of our clients. Saving time and money for our clients and improving our efficiency this highly secure and flexible tool allows us to resolve the majority of problems without leaving our desk - good for your bottom line but bad for our waist line!
